How does a phone or video clinic work?

To make a phone or video appointment:
- Contact us for an appointment, and let us know you want a phone or video appointment.
- For a phone appointment — we’ll call you at a booked appointment time. Your appointment will happen over the phone.
- For a video appointment — we’ll provide you with a meeting link for a booked appointment time. A video appointment happens over the internet using a computer, tablet or smartphone.

Ask our Client Contact Centre for a video appointment — they'll email you a meeting link.

What if you need a prescription?

If you need a prescription, the nurse will send it to the pharmacy you choose, and you can collect it from there.

What does a phone or video appointment cost?

A phone or video clinic costs the same as a clinic appointment. Check out our fees page for details.
If you need to pay for your phone or video clinic you will need a debit or credit card so you can make your payment over the phone or internet.
