Our strategic framework, and annual reports
-
Our strategic framework is the functional philosophy, outcomes and actions that will steer our work for the next five years. It is guided by our vision: whakamanahia – equity, access, choice.
Our strategic framework 2021-2026 is broken down into four outcomes:
Achieving Equity: by working with and alongside Māori to protect and nurture Māori taonga, to provide services and information in a way that promotes equity and to ensure that we are meeting the needs of diverse communities domestically and internationally.
Building Capacity and Capability: by collaborating and evolving staff skills to expand access to services and information in a range of environment and settings, with an emphasis towards our online capacities, and supporting innovation through our rapid response to shifting professional requirements.
Courageous Advocacy: that will aim to advance sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR), promote equity, inclusiveness and social justice for SRHR and provide leadership and strategic partnerships to improve SRHR outcomes.
Delivering Excellence: by designing services that respond to client and community needs, improving equitable access to services and information through evidence-based decision making, and in our rapid review and response to any changes in our environments.
